Aspire Ramlegh run regular excursions to the local park that is within walking distance for all their age groups. The kinder children also enjoy regular excursions to Ramlegh Park Primary, which supports their school readiness program. These excursions further bolster the learning of students in every age group, and the interests of the children.
Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten centres provide nutritious daily meals to each child. Our purpose-built facility sets the benchmark for early learning centres and caters to children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Our centre’s unique design features high ceilings and glass windows around the entirety, giving it a very open and modern feel. The eight learning spaces also have design features fit for each age group. These rooms foster a tailored curriculum throughout all stages of learning.
Within our eight well-equipped indoor rooms, children participate in a range of daily activities including arts and craft, music, sports, reading and more. We have a beautiful, architecturally designed outdoor space that connects seamlessly with our indoor rooms. This makes it easy for children to move between the indoor and outdoor spaces, supporting a holistic learning experience for the children.
The spacious outdoor yard features a playground with different areas for each age group. Children are free to explore the outdoor environments including sand pits, veggie gardens, rock climbing features, and more. Additionally, our programs actively promote the message of environmental consciousness and sustainability.
I have been working in Early Childhood Education since 2015 and have had the opportunity to grow my career through a variety of leadership roles. My journey began as an Assistant Educator before progressing to Room Leader, Assistant Centre Manager, Centre Manager, and Area Manager. Today, I am proud to be the Centre Manager at Aspire Ramlegh.
I hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education, along with qualifications in Digital Marketing and Journalism. These experiences have helped shape my approach to leadership, communication, and building strong relationships within our centre community.
Aspire’s values of Learn, Connect, and Grow strongly resonate with me, as I believe continuous learning, meaningful relationships, and shared growth are essential for both personal and professional success.
As a leader, I am approachable, direct, and value open, face-to-face communication. I believe strong relationships, honest conversations, and teamwork are key to creating a supportive environment for educators, children, and families.
I am passionate about creating inspiring learning environments, developing strong leaders, ensuring children’s voices are heard, and building meaningful connections with families and the wider community. I genuinely enjoy working with people, collaborating with teams, and supporting others to grow and succeed. Creating a strong sense of belonging and community is something I value deeply and strive to foster every day.
Hear from parents who’ve experienced the care, quality
and connection that make Aspire different.
My 3 year old daughter is currently enrolled there and she is having the best time and learning so much at the same time. The teachers and carers are all engaging and give 100% attention to all children every minute of the day.

We’ve had a very positive experience with Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten Ramlegh in Clyde North. Our daughter has been well cared for, supported and encouraged throughout her time there. A special mention to Shruti, who has been wonderful with our daughter. She has always been caring, approachable and supportive, and we really appreciate the effort she puts into making children feel comfortable and confident. Like any childcare journey, there were a few minor incidents along the way, but these were handled well, and our overall experience has been very positive. We have always felt that our daughter was cared for and supported. Overall, we are happy with the care, learning environment and staff, and we would still happily recommend Aspire Ramlegh to other families looking for a childcare and kindergarten in the area.

The most incredible experience 🤍 From the very beginning, I have felt nothing but supported, reassured and completely confident in the care my boys receive. I genuinely couldn’t fault a single thing. The attention to detail is incredible. The educators take the time to know my boys individually, understand their interests and personalities, and then create experiences specifically around the things they love. Seeing their little faces light up when I see what they’ve been doing throughout the day is honestly priceless. The communication through Storypark has also been amazing. I love being able to see what they’ve been up to, the experiences they’ve participated in, what they’ve eaten, how they’ve slept and all the little moments throughout their day. As an anxious first-time mum, that communication has made such a huge difference and has helped me feel connected to them even when they’re not with me. Most importantly, I can genuinely see the love and care the educators have for my boys. I have never felt more secure leaving them in someone else’s care, and that is something I will forever be grateful for. A very special mention to Angel, who has been absolutely incredible. I honestly could never properly express how thankful I am to her. The way she cares for my boys, knows them so well and, perhaps most importantly, makes me feel reassured and supported as their mum means more than she probably realises. She has made such a huge difference to our experience and I will always be grateful for her. 🤍 And to Anjie, the Centre Manager - thank you for always going above and beyond to make sure our experience is a positive one. Your communication, support and genuine care for the families at the centre does not go unnoticed. I couldn’t recommend this centre highly enough. It’s one thing to know how wonderful a centre is when you work there, but to now experience it as a parent and feel this level of trust, comfort and security makes me even more proud to have been part of this centre. Thank you to the entire team for loving and caring for my boys as if they were your own. We are so incredibly grateful to you all. 🤍

We couldn't be happier with our experience at Aspire, and a huge part of that is thanks to Nandini! She is an exceptional teacher who brings so much warmth, patience, and enthusiasm into the classroom every day. Our son Danish has grown so much in his confidence, learning, and social skills under her care and guidance. Nandini takes the time to truly understand each child's individual needs, keeping parents well-informed and creating a safe, engaging environment where kids thrive. Thank you, Nandini, for your dedication and the incredible support you give Danish every day. Highly recommended to any parent looking for a caring and skilled educator!

I am very happy with Aspire Ramlegh and the care my child has received. I have seen a big improvement in his confidence and development. He comes home excited to share his stories and tell us about what he has learned during the day. It is wonderful to see how much he is learning and growing. Thank you to the Room 8 teachers for your care, guidance, and support. We really appreciate everything you do for him.

Ayaan has had a wonderful journey at this kindergarten. In Joey’s room, Angel and Marsha gave him so much love and care, helping him settle in with confidence. Now in Bilbies room, he continues to thrive thanks to Suganya, Dolly, and Angie, whose kindness and dedication make a real difference. The educators are warm, attentive, and create a nurturing environment. Highly recommend this kinder for its caring and supportive environment.

We know handing your child over to someone else is one of the hardest things a parent does. Here’s exactly how we keep them safe.
Only authorised people can drop off or collect your child. Our centres use controlled access points and require photo ID verification for anyone not on your authorised pickup list.
Every educator holds a current Working With Children Check. Our teams include diploma and degree-qualified staff, with qualified teacher ratios that exceed national requirements.
Through the StoryPark app, you receive photos, observations and daily updates directly from your child's room. You can message educators and see what your child has been up to, any time.
Aspire operates under the National Child Safe Standards across every centre. Our policies, spaces and staffing are designed with visibility and supervision at the centre of everything.
Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten operates in a long daycare setting and has four main education programs, tailored to each stage of early development.

Throughout the month of June, the Aspire community enthusiastically participated in a Heart-a-thon to craft pocket hearts for Life's Little Treasures Foundation (LLTF).
LLTF is one of Australia’s leading charities dedicated to providing practical support, information and assistance to families of babies born prematurely or sick. LLTF’s vision is to ensure that all families enduring the difficult and life-changing experience of having a premature/sick baby have easy access to critical information and community support.
LLTF know how difficult it is for families with a baby in the neonatal unit, that's why they developed the Little Bag of Calm. The bag includes tips, tools and activities all aimed at encouraging parents to take a moment for self care. Within the bag is a pocket heart. Pocket hearts, hand-sewn with love and care, serve as heartfelt keepsakes for families to hold close and treasure. These pocket hearts offer a reminder that families are not alone in their journey and that LLTF is there to provide support.
We are delighted to announce that the Aspire community has successfully crafted an impressive total of 12,531 pocket hearts to be donated to LLTF.
The dedicated staff and families of Aspire Thornhill Park contributed 2,658 of these meaningful creations. These heartfelt gestures will undoubtedly make a significant difference in the lives of numerous families.

On Thursday 14th of September was R U OK?Day, which is a national day of action to remind Australians that every day is the day to ask, ‘are you OK?’ and to start a meaningful conversation whenever they spot the signs that someone they care about might be struggling with life.
It is an important day to reflect on mental health and our general wellbeing, as it is often such a silent issue. This year’s theme “I’m here to hear”, emphasises that you don’t need to be an expert to reach out – just a good friend and a great listener.
Many of our Aspire Childcare centres, as well as our Head office, recognised this day by having a morning tea and dressing up in yellow, and our Aspire families were also invited. It was a great day for all of us to come together and spread the message. We also provided a range of resources and spoke about the importance of supporting one another and reaching out to those who may be struggling with their mental health.
At Aspire, we strongly support our employees’ health and wellbeing, and provide our employees access to an Employment Assistance Program (EAP). This is a tool that is available to our employees 24/7 and a beneficial resource for them to use.
If you do see someone in your life struggling, have a conversation using these four steps:
1. Ask R U OK?
2. Listen
3. Encourage action
4. Check in
To learn more about the signs and when it's time to ask R U OK? visit their website here: https://www.ruok.org.au/signs
On Thursday 6 of September our Aspire centres celebrated Early Childhood Educator's Day. This day recognises and celebrates the work of Australia’s educators in early learning services for the important role they play in supporting children’s wellbeing, learning and development in the early years.
To celebrate our wonderful Aspire educators, our centres enjoyed a range of delicious food and treats and were given special gift packs to take home.
Leading up to the day, we also invited our Aspire families to leave a message of gratitude for their child's educators. We were blown away with the many thoughtful messages about our educators from families showing their appreciation. Our educators were so grateful to read these messages recognising their hard work. See one of the messages we received from a Wollert family below.
“I'd like to express my heartfelt gratitude for the incredible care and support you provide to my child at Aspire. Your dedication and commitment to nurturing not only their physical needs but also their emotional and educational growth have made a profound impact on my kid. Your patience, kindness, and ability to create a warm and inclusive environment have helped my child feel safe and happy while away from home. Your regular updates and willingness to address any concerns or questions have provided us with peace of mind and trust in the care you provide.”

From 18-22 September, our Aspire centres participated in a Book Donation Drive, supporting Life’s Little Treasures Foundation (LLTF). While parents are in hospital with their sick or premature baby, other children in the family also spend a lot of time there.
Our aim of the book drive was to donate picture books for these children to enjoy while they are spending extensive amounts of time in hospital.
Many of our Kindergarten families were kind enough to participate and donated a copy of their child’s favourite book to share with these children whose family is in hospital. We collected these books at a collection point at each of our centres, where they will then be distributed to families through the Life’s Little Treasures Foundation hospital program.
Cards were also written with special messages and calico bags were decorated by the kinder children to be delivered with the books. See images below.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the Book Drive. We collected over 100 books across our Aspire centres. This is an amazing effort from our Aspire families, and we appreciate your ongoing support for the LLTF community.
With a large focus on community at Aspire, we are proud to have formed such a meaningful partnership with Life’s Little Treasures and are so thankful for all the families who participated.
We look forward to our next event with LLTF, the annual Walk for Prems Events in Bendigo and Melbourne. To find out more about Walk for Prems visit the website here, and register with our Aspire team.
On Sunday 22nd October, the Aspire team participated in the Walk for Prems Melbourne event.
Walk for Prems 2023 is the largest annual fundraiser by Life’s Little Treasures Foundation, Australia’s foremost charity dedicated to supporting the families of babies born sick or premature. It's families helping families. This year Aspire Early Education & Kindergarten was a major sponsor of Walk for Prems.
Life’s Little Treasures Foundation (LLTF) is one of Australia’s leading charities dedicated to providing practical support, information and assistance to families of babies born prematurely or sick. Founded in 2005 by parents who had experienced this first-hand, LLTF truly understands the challenges that these families face.
LLTF’s vision is to ensure that all families enduring the difficult and life changing experience of having a premature/sick baby have easy access to critical information and community support. LLTF services are available in the hospital (neonatal and special care units) and in the community when families come home.
In its 14th year, Walk for Prems took place at nine locations across Australia during the month of October.
Walk for Prems Melbourne took place at Albert Park Lake with participants enjoying a 5km walk. There were plenty of activities for families including face painting, a photo booth, and jumping castles. Children also enjoyed sports activities and sensory play experiences provided by Aspire.
The community is at the heart of all we do and we are so proud to be a part of such a special event supporting LLTF.

Incursion days are always full of excitement at Aspire Early Learning and Kindergarten Cranbourne West! With a long list of age-appropriate, educational and fun activities on offer, there is sure to be something your child will love. Keep reading to see the ways your child can have fun and learn a variety of skills from STEM to languages at Aspire Cranbourne West.
Early Learning STEM Australia
One of the most popular incursions with the children at Cranbourne West has been the Early Learning STEM Program (ELSA). STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) subjects are integral to the growth of young minds, and have been shown to play a fundamental role in building strong foundations to their ongoing learning in all subjects.
Children are introduced to STEM concepts in a fun and hands-on way via digital play, demonstrations and simple experiments. This can result in inquiring questions being asked, and the opportunity to discuss what is learnt through these activities.
SketchRoo Writing and Drawing Workshops
For kids with a creative mind, SketchRoo is always a favourite incursion. Children are encouraged to paint, draw and write, whilst honing their listening skills, expressing their ideas in a creative way and creating fun art with diverse mediums, techniques and materials.
Regardless of art skill, every child is encouraged to create, express themselves and work on their fine motor skills at the same time. Get ready to make space on the fridge for new masterpieces that need to be displayed!
Dr Bethany’s Tooth Tales
Health and hygiene are top priorities at Aspire Cranbourne West, which is why it is always a joy when we are visited by Dr Bethany’s Tooth Tales. The perfect early learning centre incursion, this fun, educational and age-appropriate interactive musical adventure aligns with the Early Years Learning Framework and Victorian Curriculum. Children learn all about oral hygiene practices, positive dietary choices and what visiting the dentist is like. It’s all smiles when Dr Bethany visits Aspire!
Early Learning Languages Australia – Mandarin
Children who learn a secondary or tertiary language early are more likely to develop an interest in languages later in life. This is why Aspire Cranbourne West takes part in Early Learning Languages Australia (ELLA), a proven method of language discovery for preschool-aged children. Aspire Cranbourne West teaches students Mandarin through an interactive and exciting play-based app. Students learn basic Mandarin and immerse themselves in the culture via the vibrant and engaging content. Children learn so much more than a new language experience with ELLA, they boost their learning abilities, grow cultural appreciation, and improve digital, social and cognitive skills.
Aspire Early Learning is committed to nurturing children’s knowledge, skills and interests by exposing them to many different incursions, activities and excursions. We prioritise listening to our students, and running activities and incursions that they have an interest in.
