Childcare Centre Highlights

Incursions play a large role in the development and growth of each child. Aspire Arramont incorporates incursions to align with Aspire’s curriculum, as well as the interests of the children.

We offer exciting incursion programs that provide new experiences for the children and help them develop new interests and skills. These cover sport, music, art and drama, and are a highlight for the children at Aspire.

At Aspire Arramont, our in-centre chef prepares fresh and nutritious meals every day, guided by the Australian Dietary Guidelines. Our approach to food focuses on variety, balance, and mindful eating to support children’s healthy growth and development.

We focus on variety, balance and whole foods with each meal containing vegetables, fruit, whole grains, lean proteins and dairy. Our chefs also make mealtimes special, whether it’s baking a birthday cake or preparing a festive spread to celebrate an occasion. Food is a meaningful and joyful part of our community.

Our Arramont, Wollert childcare and daycare centre is staffed by a team of experienced and fully qualified educators who are committed to providing the best possible care for every child. We work in close collaboration with families and ensure that any personal needs and requests are accommodated. Our teachers possess comprehensive knowledge of both the Early Years Learning Framework and the Victorian Early Years Learning and Development Framework, which offers every child the opportunity to succeed.

Childcare Centre Facilities

Our brand new, state-of-the-art childcare centre combines modern design with purpose-built learning spaces tailored for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Each room is thoughtfully crafted to support a personalised curriculum that inspires curiosity, growth, and connection. In this innovative environment, your child will develop essential skills while fostering a strong sense of community and a lifelong love of learning.

Aspire Arramont has five spacious rooms to support children through their entire learning journey from 6 weeks to 6 years old. Within our five well-equipped indoor rooms, children participate in a range of daily activities including arts and crafts, music, sports, reading and more

Our service is a state-of-the-art facility with beautiful indoor and outdoor environments for children to learn and grow in. We have a beautiful, architecturally designed outdoor space that connects seamlessly with our indoor rooms. This makes it easy for children to move between the indoor and outdoor spaces, supporting a holistic learning experience for the children.

Meet the team

Kiran Jadhav

Centre Manager

Hi I’m Kiran and I’m so excited to join the Aspire Arramont team! I’ve always been passionate about working with children and supporting their growth and development. The early years are such a critical time in a child’s life, and I was drawn to the opportunity to make a meaningful and lasting impact during this formative stage.

My journey in early education has been incredibly rich and rewarding. I began as an educator, working across various age groups and gaining hands-on experience. Over time, I pursued further study, earned my qualifications, and gradually stepped into leadership roles. As a Centre Manager at Aspire, I’m committed to creating a warm and nurturing environment for children and families, and one that promotes high-quality, inclusive, and engaging learning experiences aligned with best practices.

I’m especially guided by the Reggio Emilia approach, which values child-led learning, respects the voice of each child, and the importance of environment as the third teacher. I also draw heavily from the Early Years Learning Framework to support a holistic view of development and wellbeing. My favourite part about being a Centre Director is supporting my team to grow and seeing the positive impact we have on children and families. I love being part of a child’s early learning journey and creating an environment where everyone, from educators, children, and families feels valued and respected. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, spending quality time with my family, and exploring the outdoors.

What families say about Aspire

Hear from parents who’ve experienced the care, quality
and connection that make Aspire different.

Your child’s safety is our first priority

We know handing your child over to someone else is one of the hardest things a parent does. Here’s exactly how we keep them safe.

Secure entry and exit

Only authorised people can drop off or collect your child. Our centres use controlled access points and require photo ID verification for anyone not on your authorised pickup list.

Verified and qualified educators

Every educator holds a current Working With Children Check. Our teams include diploma and degree-qualified staff, with qualified teacher ratios that exceed national requirements.

Stay connected throughout the day

Through the StoryPark app, you receive photos, observations and daily updates directly from your child's room. You can message educators and see what your child has been up to, any time.

Built to national Child Safe Standards

Aspire operates under the National Child Safe Standards across every centre. Our policies, spaces and staffing are designed with visibility and supervision at the centre of everything.

Early educator programs

Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten operates in a long daycare setting and has four main education programs, tailored to each stage of early development.

Nursery

Ages 6 weeks - 2 years

The first 2 years of life is a time for rapid growth and development, where children are building the foundation for their future learning. Our Baby Steps Nursery program provides a nurturing environment, with daily activities and intentional teaching to support your child reaching developmental milestones and transition into our toddler program. Our play-based learning approach allows children to learn through sensory play while stimulating their senses of touch, smell, taste, hearing, and sight. Our Nursery Hubs are specifically designed to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for your baby to commence their learning journey and support emotional and social development in this phase of life. Aspire’s nursery teams are highly qualified, with up-to-date knowledge of early childhood development, specialising in infant care.

Toddlerhood is an incredible time of exploration and discovery. During this time, children are asserting their independence and gaining an increasing sense of self. Our Little Learners Toddler Programs are designed to create an engaging environment that continues to support your toddler’s social and cognitive development from our nursey program. We provide a fun, play-based learning approach that engages their young and active minds within a safe and stimulating environment. Kindergarten & Pre-School

Ages 3 - 6 years

At Aspire, school readiness means more than just being able to hold a pencil or recognise letters. Through our tailored kindergarten and pre-school programs, we help children grow into confident, curious learners who are ready to thrive in the next stage of their journey. Guided by the National Early Years Learning Framework, our educators focus on building essential skills in literacy, numeracy, problem-solving, and emotional regulation — the real foundations of lifelong learning. Whether your child is enrolled in 3 or 4 year old  Kindergarten & Pre-school or a long daycare kindergarten, we work closely with families through regular updates and milestones to ensure every child is supported in becoming school-ready — socially, emotionally, and academically.
