We are very happy with Aspire Clydevale, and are exceptionally supported by Room Leader, Anuradha. We are extremely protective first-time parents and were very scared for our daughter to leave our care while we worked. However, I couldn't be happier with the care, dedication, love, empathy and diligence that Anu showcases to every child in her room. There is not a single request that I have asked for that she hasn't been extremely thorough in following up with true care. Its impressive how much attention she pays. Upon pickup she recalls how much food and milk my daughter has had, almost down to the ml. My daughter adores her!!! My daughter has no issues going to day care and runs to give all her educators a hug with a smile, due to the warm environment they create for her and for all the little ones there. All the educators she is supported by are very caring and so supportive and we are so lucky to have found this centre Thanks everyone ♥️

This review is specially for Anuradha for Room 2 We are so grateful to have Anuradha as our son’s teacher. She is caring, patient, and genuinely passionate about what she does. From the very beginning, she has made our son feel safe, happy, and comfortable, which has given us great peace of mind as parents. She always greets the children with a smile, encourages their learning through fun activities, and gives each child individual attention. We’ve noticed positive changes in our son’a confidence, social skills, and overall development since being in her care. Anuradha’s communication with parents is excellent. She keeps us informed about Viraj’s day and always takes the time to answer any questions or concerns. It’s clear that she truly cares about every child and treats them with kindness, respect, and love. Thank you, Anuradha, for your dedication, patience, and hard work. You make such a positive difference in the children’s lives, and we feel incredibly lucky to have you as our son’s teacher. Highly recommended!

We have had such a wonderful experience with the Kinder room at Aspire. The kinder teacher Ronita is incredibly warm and genuinely care about each child’s emotional well-being. My child comes home every day excited to share what they’ve learned, and I’ve seen a massive boost in her confidence and social skills. I am really impressed with Teacher Ronita and her focus on school readiness; the balance between play-based learning and age appropriate activities she organise for the children everyday. My child is already developing great literacy and numeracy foundations and all the credit goes to her teacher and educators at Aspire, Clydevale.

International Women's Day (IWD) is celebrated on March 8th every year and is a global event that honours the achievements, contributions, and progress of women across all sectors of society. It also serves as a day to raise awareness about the ongoing struggles for gender equality, women's rights, and social, political, and economic empowerment.
At Aspire Early Education, we recognise International Women’s Day in a way that truly reflects our values at Aspire. As an industry where women make up around 95% of the workforce, we recognise the importance of opening doors for women to advance into leadership positions, develop their skills, and ensure equitable opportunities across the company.
Our Pledges for Gender Equality
This year, our Aspire centres and head office teams created pledge cards to show our support for IWD Day. Thes pledge cards showed our solidarity and commitment to forging an inclusive world. We also had blank cards where individuals could write their own personal pledges that were meaningful to them. At Head Office, we displayed these cards on an IWD pledge wall in the kitchen. This served as great inspiration and a daily reminder of our support for IWD.
We also captured our incredible team—men and women alike—holding up their personal pledges for gender equality in a wonderful video. Check it out below!
Staff IWD Celebrations
Many of our Aspire centres also celebrated IWD by organising some delicious morning teas, afternoon teas and lunches. From delicious fruit to yummy donuts, cupcakes and sandwiches, our teams had the chance to enjoy some food on their breaks and mingle with fellow staff.
Some centres even organised beautiful gifts and hand written notes for their team members to show their gratitude. These IWD celebrations were an acknowledgement of the amazing work our team does everyday. It was great to see everyone’s happy faces and appreciation.
Take a look at some of the celebrations below across our Aspire centres!
At Head Office, they decided that instead of throwing a IWD morning tea or lunch, they would donate to “Give Women a Second Chance at an Education’’ via UN Women Australia. This program provides marginalized women who have missed out on education with opportunities to access learning and training, empowering them personally and economically. As an early education company, this program felt close to our hearts, and one that aligned closely to our values.
Real change happens when we empower women with opportunities. At Aspire, we believe that creating an equitable future starts with all of us.
We thank all our Aspire teams for their commitment to making a difference, not just on International Women’s Day, but every day.
Holi 2025 was an exciting and colourful celebration throughout Aspire’s centres. This significant cultural event is important to many of Aspire’s families, children, and team members. Let’s have a look at how we celebrated around Aspire.
What is Holi?
Holi, known as the Festival of Colours, is a vibrant Hindu springtime festival celebrated predominantly in India and Nepal. Various parts of the world with significant Hindu communities also celebrate the festival. It represents the triumph of good over evil and the arrival of spring, symbolising love, friendship, and the renewal of relationships.
The festival involves joyous gatherings where people throw coloured powders, share sweets, and participate in music and dance, all fostering a sense of community and togetherness. Its significance extends beyond religious boundaries, as it brings people together in a spirit of fun and harmony.
Holi 2025 at Aspire Early Education
Aspire Early Education centres nationwide celebrated Holi! Many centres participated in the traditional throwing of coloured powdered dyes. The children and educators alike loved getting messy and dousing each other in the coloured powders. Some centres even made water-based dyes to splash in for those who didn’t want to throw powder.
Another fantastic part of Holi celebrations is the food. Many centres put on a fantastic spread of traditional Holi dishes, as well as other centre favourites. We munched on gujhia, sticky sweet dumplings, Malupa, and more! It was wonderful to see the children eat some traditional snacks, some for the very first time.
A few centres have also organised Bollywood dancing incursions, to bring the joy of this traditional dance style to the children. Aspire Pakenham, Atherstone and Deanside Village have all organised this to integrate with their Holi celebrations.
In conclusion, Holi 2025 at Aspire centres was a vibrant celebration filled with joy, culture, and community spirit. The laughter of children, the explosion of colours, and the sharing of traditional foods created memorable moments that truly captured the essence of this beautiful festival. As we reflect on these celebrations, we look forward to continuing to foster inclusivity and warmth in our centres. This ensures that the values of love, friendship, and togetherness are embraced by all. Here’s to more celebrations that bring us closer and allow us to share in the richness of diverse cultures.

Harmony Week, recognised from 17th – 24th March, is a celebration of cultural diversity, and brings together Australians from all different ethnicities. It’s about inclusiveness and creating a sense of belonging and respect for everyone.
In early education settings, it is a great opportunity to promote inclusivity, respect, and cultural understanding in young children. At Aspire, our families as well as our educators, come from all different cultural backgrounds, so we recognise the importance of teaching children about diversity and appreciating different cultures and traditions.
During Harmony Week, our Aspire centres celebrated in many different ways! Our staff and children dressed up in traditional clothing, ate multicultural food, and engaged in different activities and cultural incursions.
Dressing up to show support
Many Aspire staff and children dressed up in orange to show support for Harmony Week. Some staff at Aspire centres also chose to wear traditional clothing from their heritage. This was a beautiful way to showcase part of their culture, and a great way for children to feel proud of their heritage.
Check out some of the beautiful outfits across our centres below!
Tasting food from different cultures
Food was also a big part of Harmony Week at our centres. Some of our centres hosted special morning teas, afternoon teas and lunches and invited families to the centre as well. There was a range of delicious food from a range of cuisines, including curries, lentils, rice dishes, spring rolls, dim sims, sandwiches, pizzas, pasta and more!
During the week, the children also got to participate in different cooking experiences with the centre chef. Here they learnt how to cook some of the food mentioned above. This provided a hands-on experience for the children, as well introducing them to new foods and various cultures.
Cultural activities and decorations
Harmony Week also saw lots of colour and creativity at our centres! Many of the children at our centres participated in different arts and crafts activities, such as printing their own orange handprints, painting the earth, and decorating the outside of their rooms with different country flags and harmony-related imagery.
At Aspire Cobblebank, they had set up a Harmony Week exhibition, where they showcased different children’s artwork and concepts throughout the centre. One corner of the centre was a “We are One” exhibition. This had images of the children with the Australian flag and colours, which focused on unity and belonging together.
At Aspire Atherstone and Aspire Beveridge, they had a Bollywood incursion to recognise Harmony Week. This incursion involves fun and simple dance routines set to vibrant Bollywood music, promoting physical activity and cultural understanding. Aspire Berwick Waters also had an African drumming experience! This was another great incursion that celebrated West African musical culture with a mix of drumming, dancing and singing.
All of these wonderful activities, both creative and musical, encouraged children to learn and appreciate different cultures in expressive ways.
Parents shared their experiences
Some of our Aspire centres were also fortunate to have a few parents come to the centre to share their traditions, stories, and experiences. Parents explained where they were born, told a story from their heritage, and shared different traditions and food from their country. Some Aspire educators also shared their different experiences as well
It was great for the children to learn about different cultures from other adults.
Aspire’s Harmony Week celebrations are a testament to the power of education in fostering unity and respect among our children. To learn more about the celebrations and programs at our centres, enquire today at your nearest Aspire centre.

Throughout the month of April, our Aspire centres have had an egg-citing time celebrating Easter! From colourful egg hunts to bunny and egg-themed crafts and Easter bunny visits, the children had so much fun this Easter season!
Check out some of the amazing Easter-themed activities, room transformations and bunny visits across our centres.
Easter-themed Activities and Experiences
At Aspire Clyde North, the 3-year-old kinder children had a wonderful time making their own Easter Bunny baskets by painting, pasting googly eyes, and adding their special touches. It was a fun-filled activity that sparked imagination and developed their fine motor skills. In the toddler room, the little artists created Easter posters by decorating bunnies using cork painting. With dabs of pastel colours and lots of giggles, the children explored patterns, textures, and creativity while getting into the festive spirit.
The Toddler children at Aspire Truganina were buzzing with anticipation as they prepared for a joyous Easter celebration! With brushes in hand and vibrant paints spread out before them, they dived into the fun of colouring Easter eggs. This delightful activity not only sparks their creativity but also nurtures their fine motor skills, enhances their hand-eye coordination, and fosters social connections as they work together.
At Aspire Bella Estate, the kinder children also had a wonderful time making their Easter crafts. Children used recycled cardboard sheets to create colourful Easter eggs. They painted and decorated their eggs with glitters, pom poms, paint and markers, showing their amazing creativity. This fun activity helped them learn about recycling, colours, and enhanced their fine motor skills.
The little learners at Aspire Donnybrook were also busy preparing their very own Easter hats — adding feathers, sparkles, bunny ears, and plenty of creativity! These fun, hands-on activities are helping children express their individuality while developing important fine motor skills and a sense of celebration.
These were only a handful of some of the amazing Easter activities across our centres!
Transforming the Learning Rooms
To get into the Easter spirit, many of our centres also decorated their rooms and learning spaces.
Aspire Clyde North centre was blooming with beautiful Easter decorations, created by our little learners and educators. From colourful eggs to fluffy bunnies, every corner of the rooms was filled with festive cheer and creativity. Check out some of the photos below!
At Aspire Ramlegh, the toddler children were busy setting up a delightful Easter-themed learning area, filled with fun and colourful opportunities to explore through play and creativity. In their festive new learning space, the children have been strengthening their fine motor skills—gripping, sorting and creating as they explore the Easter theme through hands-on play.
Egg Hunts and Bunny Visits
And of course, it wouldn’t be Easter without a fun Easter egg hunt for the children! Many of our lovely educators set up a wonderful egg hunt in the outdoor yard of our centres. The children had their easter egg baskets ready and had so much fun searching high and low for colourful Easter eggs! Their excitement, teamwork, and giggles made it a joyful experience for everyone.
At Aspire Pakenham, they also didn't want the Nursery children to miss out, and set up an egg hunt experience for them to enjoy! The team used colourful shredded paper to hide the eggs, creating a fun sensory experience for the babies as they explored the textures and searched for hidden treasures. What a fun and cute experience!
Many of our centres also had a special visit from the Easter Bunny! It was a joyful experience for all the children with many hugs, high-fives, and LOTS of smiles. Some centres even had the beautiful Alice in Wonderland join the Easter bunny for a centre visit.
Take a look at some of the wonderful Easter bunnies that visited our centres!
To our families and community who do celebrate Easter, we hope you had a wonderful weekend of love, laughter and lots of chocolate eggs!

Anzac Day is a reflective day where Australians, young and old, pay their respects to those in the armed forces. Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten centres across the country chose to commemorate this day in several different ways. Let’s explore how our little learners engaged with this day of importance this year.
Participating in Council Anzac Day Events
Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten Clyde North participated in the Cranbourne Anzac Day Ceremony. As part of the event, some of the centre children placed wreaths of poppies on the commemorative statue. The children had created the poppy wreath themselves in the lead up to the event. It was a fantastic opportunity for the children and centre team to build community ties, and take part in such an important local event.
Anzac Biscuit Baking
One of the best-known Anzac Day traditions is making Anzac biscuits. These biscuits tie into Anzac Day because their ingredients are made out of non-perishable foods. This meant that during World Wars I and II, families were able to make these sweet treats and send them to their loved ones overseas. Despite the long distance they had travelled, the biscuits were just as tasty as the day they were made due to the long-lasting ingredients. Golden syrup, oatmeal and sugar and the omission of egg and milk meant that the biscuits lasted a long time.
Check out two traditional Anzac biscuit recipes (one published in 1933 and the other in 1926!) at the Australian War Memorial website here.
The children learnt the history of this Australian food as they made them. This helped them understand how families lived back in these times.
Many centres took part in making the traditional snacks during the week! Check out some of the fun that the children had making these delicious treats.
Remembering Through Art
The Toddler Room at Aspire Cranbourne North honoured Anzac Day by creating beautiful poppy flowers. Poppies are a powerful symbol of remembrance and sacrifice. As the children explored this theme, they also strengthened their hand-eye coordination, fine motor skills, and colour recognition in a fun and engaging way. Many other centres made art to decorate their rooms, so that the Anzacs can be remembered every day.
Anzac Day Family History
On Anzac Day, Aspire Baldivis North team member Beck shared a bit of her own Anzac history. She brought in some very special items from her family’s Navy and Army history. The children respectfully examined and tried on the uniform pieces, and they marvelled at the shiny war medals. It was a beautiful, hands-on way to learn about the people who serve and protect our country. We’d like to give a big thanks to Beck for sharing her family history, and for bringing along these important pieces of the past.
Lest we forget.
